Step 1
All wastewater treatment plants, in Italy as in the rest of Europe, fall under DM 37/08, as they are systems serving buildings. The first verification step therefore concerns the identification of the harmonized technical standard related to the product's scope of application. Step 2
The second verification to be made concerns the Declaration of Performance or DOP, which must be issued by the manufacturer and must comply with the reference technical standard. Step 3
The third essential step for verifying regulatory compliance is the check for the presence of the CE marking, which must also comply with the harmonized technical standard.
