Who is entitled to the deduction? The deduction is available to all citizens, residents or non-residents, holders of a VAT number (for IRES deduction), who own the property for which they wish to carry out energy upgrading. The Ecobonus 2018 is granted for all expenses that result in a reduction of annual energy needs compared to the values indicated in the tables present in the text of the law.
