The case of this facility exemplifies how the client's needs can be fully met and satisfied, with a tailored analysis and design that in this case allowed for the installation of a ATLAS AT VFL OVAL system in an optimally comfortable and perfectly efficient situation.
The facility in question is indeed abroad, in Vienna, Austria in a precise and specific environmental context. It is a restaurant and hotel located in one of the most important natural paradises in Central Europe that needed to equip itself with a treatment plant while respecting very restrictive tabular limits.
A fundamental factor taken into consideration was the meteorological context: in that area, winter temperatures are very low with abundant snowfall often continuous.
(The system was installed adjacent to the facility, near the children's playground, and discharges into the water body adjacent to the facility.)
The initial analysis then focused on modeling the perfect intervention in light of the three highlighted factors:
- the decidedly discontinuous activity throughout the calendar year,
- the environmental context particularly prohibitive in the winter period
- the restrictive requests of the local regulations.
The plant solution was then specifically studied and found a perfect (solution) with the ATLAS AT VFL 100 monoblock system which resolved all the critical issues that emerged.
Under the client's indication, a framework for containing bad odors was then provided, both during operation and especially during the periodic sludge emptying phase.
Finally, the sludge tank (sludge accumulation tank) installed downstream of the treatment plant allows for a smoother and faster emptying process as well as simplifying the operation for the vacuum truck company.
